YUL Radio had a front seat at Beyonce’s keyboardist, Brittani Washington album debut “Space For Music. A live performance at Mingles in Atlanta, Ga.
Brittani is an outstanding vocalist, performer, and keyboardist. I must say there is no AutoTune here. Her band, featuring Sean Michael Ray bass, Rick Watford guitar, Jalon Smith keyboards, and Leon Kittrell drums along with backup singers, Star Scott, Jasmine Smutherman, and Sheena Lusk put on a spectacular showcase. Brittani worked the crowd without losing a single breath. Brittani, a very vivacious and gracious hostess, set the mood, making it an enjoyable evening for all. My favorite song, “I Need Love” is upbeat with a bit of rock and roll. A musician since childhood Brittani is certainly a talented star on the rise.
