ABC has announced the premiere dates for an exciting 2018-19 season with a slate of returning hit shows and several new series. black-ish just received five Emmy nominations, and will continue to anchor a great night of new and returning comedies for ABC Tuesdays. The night will begin with two new comedies: The Conners, a spinoff of the groundbreaking family comedy Roseanne, and The Kids Are Alright,inspired by creator Tim Doyle’s Irish-Catholic upbringing in the turbulent ’70s. black-ishand sophomore hit Splitting Up Together comprise the next hour, and will be followed at 10|9c by new drama The Rookie.
