If you are in need of a good laugh this movie is going to be the best pick for you. Adam Sandler stars as a kid named Donny who becomes famous for knocking up his 7th grade teacher. She later become pregnant and sentenced to 30 years in prison. Donny becomes a father at 13 and is left to raise this child on his own. Lets just say he didn’t raise this kid right at all. As soon as the child turns 18 he moves away and starts a new life. Thats all the detail you will get from me abut the film but I will say this is one of the funniest films I have watched in years!
If you are a Adam Sandler fan you know no matter what, he’s going to make you laugh. The opening scenes from the movie has you laughing right away, but when an adult Adam Sandler (Donny) comes on its kinda hard to get into his character because hes doing a horrible Boston accent. The acting was a little off but it helped the plot of the movie be what it is. The film did a really good job at making scene funny and not corny. They didn’t keep one joke and run with it, they had several jokes to were your laughing until you finally catch a scene thats not funny to breath. Overall the movie is a bit long but they didn’t take any short cuts and didn’t leave out any details. There is a lot of talk about sex but that’s what makes the movie hilarious. The ending with be a little weird but thats what makes this movie an Adam Sandler film.
